Terms of service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using the API you agree to these terms. If you use Gurdx on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it.

2. The service

Gurdx provides risk signals, scores and reference data through an API and dashboard. Scores are advisory: you remain responsible for the decisions you take based on them.

3. Accounts and keys

Keep your credentials and API keys confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Do not embed live keys in public client-side code; restrict them to authorised hosts where possible.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to break the law, to discriminate unlawfully, to probe or overload the platform, to resell raw data in competition with Gurdx, or to circumvent limits and security controls.

5. Plans, limits and payment

Each plan has a request quota and feature set. Requests over the quota may be refused. Fees, billing cycle and taxes are shown at purchase or in your agreement; unpaid invoices may lead to suspension.

6. Availability and support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service unless an SLA is part of your plan. We may update, improve or deprecate features following our API versioning policy.

7. Data protection

The privacy policy describes how personal data is handled. You must have a lawful basis for sending personal data to the API.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or put the platform at risk.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, subject to the final wording approved by the owner.
