Getting started#

• How do I make my first call? Create a key in Settings & Security, then follow Authentication.
• Is there a free way to try it? Yes: use a gx_test_ key or add mode=test. Test calls are free and return sample data. See Development environment.
• What do the error codes mean? See Error codes. Errors are delivered with HTTP 200 and a code.

Events, rules and lists#

• Why did a payment appear in Events with a low risk? A payment raises an event whenever at least one rule fired; only high-risk ones are counted as blocked and notify your webhooks. See Events & alerts.
• How do I override a score? Create a custom rule.
• How do I block a value? Add it to a blacklist.

Improving accuracy#
