Affiliate program

Earn a commission for every customer you bring to Gurdx. You get two tools, both under Affiliates in the dashboard (user menu, or the Home quick link):

  • Referral links: a personal link such as https://gurdx.example/?ref=your-name.
  • Coupons: a code such as YOURNAME25 your audience can type at sign-up or on the Subscription page.

Your audience gets 25% off every plan. You earn a 25% commission on each payment they make. Both percentages come from the platform configuration and may be changed for a specific coupon by Gurdx.

  1. Open Affiliates → Referral Links → Add referral link.
  2. Choose a name: 3 to 32 characters, lowercase letters, numbers, hyphen or underscore. Names are unique across the whole platform and some words are reserved.
  3. Share the link. Visiting any page with ?ref=your-name stores a first-party cookie for 60 days. When the visitor signs up in that time, the new account is attributed to you and gets the discount.

For every link you see clicks (counted once per visitor per day), sign-ups, sales and earnings. You can disable a link at any time (visitors then see no discount) or delete it.

Coupons#

  1. Open Affiliates → Coupons → Add coupon.
  2. Choose a code: 4 to 20 characters, capital letters A-Z and numbers 0-9. Codes and referral link names share one namespace, so a value is never ambiguous.
  3. Your audience enters the code in the Coupon code field on the sign-up page (or follow a ?coupon=CODE link, which pre-fills it) or in Subscription → Apply coupon.

A coupon the customer enters themselves wins over a referral link cookie. Each account has one attribution, and the first paid invoice locks it.

Coupons can have a maximum number of uses and an expiry date (set by Gurdx). The sign-up form tells the customer at once if a code is not valid, expired, used up or their own.

How commission is calculated#

  • Billing is not automated yet: Gurdx creates each invoice for the account and pre-applies the discount to it.
  • When that invoice is marked paid, you earn your commission percentage of the amount paid, once per invoice.
  • If the invoice is later voided or refunded, a negative row reverses the commission.
  • The Earnings log shows each row: type (Referral link or Coupon), the code or link name, profit and date. The Weekly Earnings chart shows this week so far. These numbers refresh every hour.

Payouts#

Open Affiliates → Payouts → Payout settings and choose how to be paid: PayPal, Payoneer (email and phone with country code) or a Solana wallet (USDC). Add optional notes. Details are stored encrypted. Gurdx records each payout you receive; the Payouts window lists them and your balance owed goes down.

Program terms (draft)#

These terms are a draft pending legal review.

  1. No self-referral. You may not refer or use a coupon for your own account, accounts owned by the same person or company (same e-mail address or business e-mail domain) or accounts created from the same network address. Such commissions are void.
  2. Honest promotion. Do not mislead people about Gurdx, use trademarks in a way that suggests endorsement, or send unsolicited bulk messages.
  3. Attribution. One attribution per customer account; it is fixed by the first paid invoice.
  4. Commission. A commission is earned only on payments actually received, net of refunds and voids. Gurdx may reverse commissions on fraudulent or charged-back payments.
  5. Payment. Payouts are made manually to the method in your payout settings. Gurdx may set a minimum balance.
  6. Changes and termination. Gurdx may change the program or end it for an affiliate who breaks these terms. Earned, unpaid commissions that are valid are still paid.
